Chef Eda Martin, MS, RDN, CN, is an executive chef, food scientist, and founder of Cocina Casera, a South American restaurant, along with innovative food concepts including Arepa Fusion Street Eatery, Psycho Sally’s Sassy Sausages, and Sanguches. With 15+ years of experience in culinary innovation and medical nutrition therapy, she expertly blends science and bold flavor to create inclusive, craveable menus for diverse dietary needs.
Eda and her team cater a wide range of events—customizing menus for themes, allergies, and specific client needs—and frequently host pop-ups throughout the Greater Seattle area. Her work has been featured in Seattle Times, Seattle Magazine, Seattle Met, Eater Seattle, and on Seattle’s KING 5 News, and she is gearing up to launch her popular Thanksgiving preorder specials.
