I have been around amazing cooks all my life! My memories of the smells ,laughter, music, with family and friends that my Grandmother,Mom and Aunts make my heart swell as I write about it.
I come from Santa Fe,NM traditional Spanish cuisine ,beans rice, Chile, hand crafted corn or flour tortilla
I've worked in beautiful hotels and have owned/partnered in several
successful restaurants adventures.
My focus and passion is to dive into sustainability in my community
connect artisans .
