Featuring over 40 different tapas, or small plates, Castilla brings a traditional Spanish dishes and design to Bellevue, with Saffron and Seafood rich paella to top it off. Serrano and Bellota Iberico hams, rustic Spanish flatbreads baked in a hearth oven, and Northwest seafood in authentic Spanish preparations all entice diners for casual get-togethers and family dining experiences.
